COLE HAAN REOPENS BLOOR STREET BOUTIQUE

home_logo_headerMay 22nd 2009, marks the reopening of Cole Haan’s Toronto, Bloor St. boutique store. Emulating elegance while taking the eco-friendly approach to the interior of the store.

Designed by Cole Haan in collaboration with Callison Architects, the new store evokes the look of a California modernist home. The contemporary environment features polished stainless steel fixtures, stained wooden floors and lacquered walls and tables. The new design reflects Cole Haan’s brand vision: Ingeniously weaving craftsmanship with innovation to enrich life’s experiences.

 The re-launch will also feature Cole Haan’s new Sporting collection of men’s and women’s footwear and accessories. This new collection expresses the dynamic pairing of Nike innovation and Cole Haan craftsmanship ingeniously woven for the culture of sport-inspired style. Drawing inspiration from the movement, style and emotions of sport – Cole Haan Sporting showcases the latest Nike Air technologies, golf products and a collection of eco-friendly accessories.

 

 

The Spring 2009 Sporting footwear collection introduces Nike Flywire, Nike Air such as Zoom Air, Ramp Air and Max Air.

Cole Haan’s golf collection, is made from fine leather and brass hardware for durability and style. All golf shoe wear has dri-fit technology that allows for breathability. Teaming up with Nike, has allowed for Cole Haan’s collections to be practical and sporty but in a oh so fashionable away.

The ‘Dylan’ accessories collection offers a range of unisex eco-friendly silhouettes including a tennis bag, duffle and tote. As a testament to the brand’s commitment to craftsmanship and innovation, the collection is created with Bionic yarn which contains fibers made from recycled plastic beverage bottles. In addition, each bag is trimmed in vegetable chrome-free
